Spring is coming and we're just finishing up the blueberries, strawberries, corn, greenbeans, hidatsa winter squash and tomatoes from our own freezer. Alittle recipe idea; the hidatsa is fabulous in chowder, gives it a rich color, texture and flavor.

Slow Food Seacoast Day on the Farm

Last Sunday, Slow Food Seacoast chapter held its annual "down on the farm" potluck picnic, here at Osprey Cove. We lucked out with beautiful weather, and the event was well attended. There were lots of activities for all ages, so everyone had fun!
